How much is shipping?

nanoblock Singapore provides free shipping within Singapore, ensuring that the price displayed online is the final amount you’ll pay at checkout. There are no additional or hidden fees, unless you opt for premium shipping, which may incur extra charges.

* Free premium shipping for all orders above S$100 within Singapore.  

What are the types of shipping available?

  1. STANDARD SHIPPING - FREE

    Regular Mail

    Your order will be shipped via Regular Mail and it will be delivered directly to your mailbox. The delivery time will be 4 - 5 working days.

  2. PREMIUM SHIPPING - S$5.00

    SmartPac

    You can easily track your order online, and if no one is available to receive it during the initial delivery attempt, it will be deposited into your mailbox. In cases where the mailbox is too small or full, SingPost will leave a delivery advice in your mailbox. You can then either arrange for a re-delivery or collect your order at the designated Post Office within eight (8) working days from the date of the first delivery notice. The standard delivery time is 1-2 working days.

    * Please note that not all orders are suitable for SmartPac due to the space constraint of the mailbox and we may use a courier service instead. 
  3. WORLD WIDE SHIPPING

nanoblock Singapore offers international shipping to a wide range of destinations, with the exception of licensed products, which are restricted to domestic shipping only. During the checkout process, the exact shipping cost will be automatically calculated based on your location and the items in your cart, ensuring transparency before finalizing your order. This allows you to review the total cost, including shipping fees, before completing your purchase.

 

How many days will shipping takes?

We strive to deliver all your purchases within Singapore in 5 working days no matter which type of delivery method you choose. Please note that for payment via bank transfer and for international shipping, we will only ship out the items upon reception of the monies and additional shipping charges (if applicable). 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do offer international shipping, with the exception of licensed products. Simply add the items to your cart, and the exact shipping charges will be displayed on the checkout page before you complete your purchase.
