What is the return policy?

In the rare event of incorrect or defective items being shipped, we offer a 7-business-day return policy from the date of receipt, subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Items must be returned in their original purchase condition, including all packaging, which must be intact, unmarked, and undamaged.
  • Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack must be returned as a complete set.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • This return policy does not apply to items labeled as non-exchangeable or non-refundable on www.nanoblock.com.sg.

All returns are subject to review and approval by nanoblock Singapore. We reserve the right to determine the most appropriate remedy, which may include:

  • Replacement of the product with a new item of the same model.
  • A full refund issued in store credits.
  • A refund in cash, less any applied credits (if applicable).

Please note that refunds will only be processed after the returned items are inspected and approved by our team.

How can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?

Due to our commitment to processing and shipping orders as efficiently as possible, it is not possible to cancel or modify an order once it has been placed and confirmed, including changing the delivery address. If you need additional products, we recommend placing a new order.
